-The following methods can be use to handle any conflict

~1~Resolve conflict by finding a 'win-win' solution

   -the best method for managing conflict is collaborate to create a 'win-win'  or an integrated solution that
    satisfies both parties
   -this is especially important when both sides feel too important to compromise
   -collaboration is the best way to gain long-term commitment and reach genuine consensus among
    everyone involve

~2~Resolve conflict by postponing it

    -use this tactic if an issue is trivial or more important issues are pressing

    -by postponing conflict you let people cool down and gain perspective

~3~Resolve conflict using trade offs or compromise

    -use this this method when your opponent has equal power and you're both committed to mutually
     exclusive goals

~4~Give in and accommodate the other person

     -use this method when you may be wrong,or to give way to a better position or to show you can be
      reasonable.Do this sincerely.
     -this is a good method for handling conflict and maintaining cooperation when issues is much more
      important to others than you.Do this when harmony and goodwill are essential.

~5~Resolve conflict by being dominant or forceful

      -use this method when thre's an emergency and quick,decisive action is imperative.
      -if these issues are vital to the organisation's welfare and you're very sure you're right,you may need to
