-As a leader,you must uses your communication skills to share information with others and to build stronger/more effective teams.

The best problem-solving approach uses team s representative of all the involve  staffs working together,to share idea,information and resources

-Effective teams share several important characteristic:

~1~A shared purpose,a common goal.

~2~ People who are able to work together.

~3~ An effective mix of skills and strengths.

~4~ An ability to reach consensus.

-Quality you want in a good team member are:

#1# Ability to speak out....if people won't talk during a meeting,they won't contribute.

#2# A risk-taker....need an ideas and to try it

#3# Strongly motivated....you don't want inactive people.

#4# Helpful...people enjoying helpful.Give them a chance to be part of a team,reward their help,and you can reap extraordinary benefits.

#6# Efficiency.....you will appreciate the efficient person.

#7# Energetic.....being energetic is a real plus
