Communication Skills (12)

-You must develops all of communication skills including making interesting and powerful presentation

-The ability to make good presentations is a key ingredient for career advancement.

-Don't confuse the ability to make excellent presentations with being a great public speaker.

-Here are guidelines to make good presentations:

~1~ Use visuals as much as possible.You'll have to use word (more effective if you intersperse those words with effective graphic images).

~2~ Be thoroughly prepared.Know your subject well.

~3~Know your audience.What do people need to hear?

~4~ Have a goal for the presentation.

~5~ Use clear,specific,declarative shorts sentences

~6~ Back up your assertions with well research data.

~7~ When you presenting,leave your opinion behind.Audience members have their own.Convince them instead with facts and well-supported ideas.
