Communication Skills (9)

-You must develops all your communication skills including conducting effective meetings

-If you want a successful career as leader  and to move up the  ladder,fix any problems with meetings as quickly as you can.

-The question you must ask before holding any meeting is,"will this meeting add value to the organisations"

-Meeting are generally held to provide information,make decision,develops plans or solve problems.Therefore,it's beautiful to make your meetings efficient and productive.

-Here are some key ingredients to effective meetings:

~determine beforehand whether the meeting is really necessary

~determine if you could communicate more effectively by a phone,call,e mail,memo etc.

~careful decide who would attend the meeting.Be sure everyone there has something relevant to contribute.

~make sure the purpose of the meeting is clearly understood.
