Variables Affecting Individual Behaviour

1.The figure below may useful to understand clearly the key variables that influence individual behaviour.


2.We can focus on these variables with the intention of influencing individual behaviour.

3.Change in behaviour can be make through the process of learning.

4.Learning is the process of understanding and appreciating a phenomenon such that the newly found realization becomes the basis of future action.

5.Experience causes a change in learning which then causes a change in behaviour.

6.By forming specific attitudes (based on the new experience) about certain phenomenon which will lead us to behave (using skills and knowledge) in particular ways based on newly discovered attitudes (new alternative ways of responding to a situation).

7.This new understanding will serve as a basis for us to re-look at our options in dealing with curent real life situation.
