Why are some people motivated and some are not?

-nobody can answer the question completely

-it is because 'motivation is a mystery' and may be due to 'mysteries of the mind

-that why one people start their work early and the others start late/delay

-that why some people after attending the motivation lecture/seminar will motivated/change their life and another people not

-why wouldn't everyone strive to be healthy,wealthy and happy?

-so,don't surprise and don't waste your time to motivated everybody......

-concentrate to people who already have the potential or interested to motivation and lead them to right way

-only potential motivated people will learn,change,grow and get better!

-you must realised that: no matter what you do or how hard you try to help people,not everyone will respond in the same way.Some will change,some won't.

-if you want motivated people,you have to find them,not motivated them

-if you want good people,you have to find them...only good/motivated can change themselves,but you can't change them.

-so,don't try to teach people to be nice,but you must become nice people first!

-you must put good/motivated people in the right place...than they can be success..they will work according to their strength.Remember all people have their strengths.

-allow people to move out of their 'comfort zone' but not move out of their 'strength zone'

-you shouldn't ask someone to grow in areas where they have no natural talents.Why?...because 'our ability' to grow and change is very different depending on whether or not we can make choices

-Remember: In areas where we have choices,or growth potential is unlimited...eg ATTITUDE is a choice because you can choice to have great attitude,,...others are character,responsibility,adaptability,discernment,perspective,communication,security,maturity,endurance,accountability etc are all a choice.

-IN CONTRAST,'NATURAL ABILITY' IS NOT A CHOICE.IT'S A GIFT.You have whatever you have.The only real choice you have is whether or not you will try to develop it a bit.No matter how motivated or intelligent he is,you cannot put something that God has left out......that is the answer to the above question.
