Trouble @ Work....

# When trouble exist at work,it's often possible to turn it around before things get worse--if you catch it early enough.

# So,you must know the warning signs of trouble appear.Among the warning signs are as follow:

(1) People at work afraid to speak up

(2) People work in a state of fear

(3) The working pace has several small cliques that don't trust each other

(4) No cooperation among worker

(5) People talk about other rather than problems with their job

(6) Work areas area disorderly,not properly well maintained

(7) Absenteeism,sick time are usually high

(8) MIstake/error at work increase

(9) Communication are guarded or not taking place as usual/breakdown

(10) Good people are leaving/request transfer to other place


# If several warning signs are present,be prepare for 'firework'.Remember: trouble at work is a STRESS-PRODUCER!

# To prevent potential problems,it can be improve with real communication....confronting the trouble in a straightforward manner as follow:

-find out what's hurting the group and do something about it

-listen to everything people have to say,except personal attacks...address privately with the individual involve

-keep asking/searching until you get an answer that make sense to you

-if people want to shout and get angry,let them,but don't join in.You are the referee.

-you have to keep people talking so you can get to the bottom of the problem.

-after the group has thoroughly discussed what wrong....handle and settle the problem/solve the trouble as soon as possible

-make everyone in the group feel they can be a part of the solution

-finally,the group agree to work as usual/in harmony.
