Handling the People

> The way you handle the people is the biggest key to gaining respect

> The way you handle the people is one of the largest factors in your success or failure in your life.

> The way the people relate to you also depend on how you relate to them....you may be need to relate to people in a different way because they are coming from different background.

> How you handle a new people appear in your life (first time meet) can mean the different between that person's success or failure (as a friend,partner etc)....first impression is the last conclusion...

> Proper handling the people determines how quickly the newly person you see can be meaningful/successful in everything.....

> Here's a some useful tips for handling the new people:

1.Welcome the people

2.Tell the purposes..explain the goals/objectives

3.Explain how the real situations/organisation operation/works/procedures/authority/relationship etc.

4.Describe the benefits

5.Explain everybody role/job/task/function/responsibilities

6.Let the people know what you expect from them....cooperation/teamwork/ideas etc.

7.Be clear about everything....discipline,attendance,punctuality,attitude etc

8.Explain about rules,regulations,policies,procedure,time table,culture etc.

9.Introduce to others

10.Leave the new people in good mood

11.Be careful about using word...make sure the new people understand---use simple and direct language

12.Check for understanding frequently....try having the new people tell you in their own words what you've just told them.

> If you follow the above guidelines,you will never get a lot of headache and not wasted time.

> The new people will appreciate you very much (knowing what's expected and will able to avoid making mistakes).....and a WELL-INFORMED people will be more useful/benefit/productive.
