THE LAWS OF TEAMWORK

LAW 1: The Law of Significance

----One is too small a number to achieve greatness
       -nothing of significance was ever achieve by an individual acting alone.
       -the myth of Lone Ranger

LAW 2: The Law of the Big Picture

----leaders keep the vision of the Big Picture before themselves and their people.

----it means sacrificing professional satisfaction,individual statistics or personal glory


LAW 3: The Law of the Niche

----All players have a place where they add the most value
     -when the right team member is in the right place everyone benefits
     -together we can do great things

LAW 4: The Law of Mount Everest

----As the challenge escalates,the need for team elevates
      -to achieve your dream,grow your team
      -'you do not climb a mountain like Everest by trying to race a head on your own,or by competing with
        your comrades.You do it slowly and carefully,by unselfish teamwork' -Tenzing


LAW 5: The Law of The Chain

----The strength of the team is impacted by its weakest link
      -as long as a weak link is part of the team,everyone else on the team will suffer.

LAW 6: The Law of The Catalyst

----Winning teams have players who make things happen
       -catalysts have the following characteristics:
         >Intuitive
         >Communicative
         >Passionate
         >Talented
         >Creative
         >Intiating
         >Responsible
         >Generous
         >Influential


LAW 7: The Law of The Compass

----Vision gives team members direction and confidence
       -every team needs a compelling vision to give it direction


LAW 8: The Law of The Apple

----Rotten attitudes ruin a team
      -good attitudes among palyers do not guarantee a team's success,but BAD attitude guarantee its failure
      -attitudes have a power to lift up or tear down a team:

       GREAT TALENT + ROTTEN ATTITUDES        = BAD TEAM
       GREAT TALENT + BAD ATTITUDES               = AVERAGES TEAM
       GREAT TALENT + AVERAGES ATTITUDES   = GOOD TEAM
