* Swelling of retina

2.Proliferative
* New vessels
* Bleeding
* Scarring

# Blurred vision
# 'Floaters' and flashes of light
# Sudden loss of vision
# Dark streaks or a red film that block vision
# A dark or empty spot in the center of your vision
# Poor night vision
