Negative person

1. A lot of negative person around you
2. Negative person  bring you down
3. Negative person take pleasure in providing everyone with the 'worse case' scenarios at every opportunity
4. As a positive person,NEVER ARGUE with negative people instead try to agree with them  but take the conservation on a step further
5. One of the main problems of the negative people is that they don't realise  how damaging their COMMENTS  are to the other people around them
6. Negative person will never inspire,enthuse,or generally motivate-in short they will not make good leaders
7. It would be almost impossible to change a fully negative person in into a positive one....but we can try to make slight change 
8. Negative person may be change .....if you don't put them down,instead acknowledge their views and than offer a counter approach
9. Negative person may be change....if you try to phrase suggestions in a positive format for them
10. Negative person may be change....if you acknowledge the role in the team
11. Negative person may be change....if you you speak to them on a one-to-one basis but make sure the conservation sticks to their COMMENTS and BEHAVIOURS and is not personal
